I always stay at this amazing place. The staff's kind attitude towards my old parents made me remember my first stay. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV, laundry. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

the accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable, providing all the essentials for a self-catering holiday. the park had great facilities, including games for the family to enjoy. the location was close to all the local attractions we wanted to visit, and there were plenty of walks nearby. the tranquility and surrounding wildlife made it the perfect spot for a peaceful holiday.
It would have been even better if there had been an outside seating area available.

Our stay at this holiday park was simply amazing! The caravan was absolutely spotless and beautifully designed, providing us with everything we needed. The convenience of having the restaurant and bar just a stone's throw away was fantastic for my husband and son. We had a blast in the pool with our grandchildren - a huge thank you for allowing them to join us. It was also so lovely to have our family round for lunch. the location was perfect, the caravan park was clean and tidy, and the communication with Alison beforehand was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. x

we were super close to the Eden Project, so we went hiking and it was sick! The nature there was on another level. And then, we went snorkelling! The water was so clear, we could see all the cool fish and stuff. It was such a sick adventure, definitely recommend this place for all the adrenaline junkies out there!
The only thing that we wished was better for us young party animals was the lack of a banging nightlife scene. Like, don't get me wrong, the place was chill, but we were hoping for some crazy parties and live music, you know?

The room at 17 Sun Valley Holiday Park was cozy and inviting, perfect for a business traveler like me. It had everything I needed - a comfy bed, a small kitchenette, and even a cute little bathroom with a refreshing shower. It felt like a home away from home!
That there was only one bathroom, which might be a bit inconvenient if you're traveling with a group. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

I recently stayed at a lovely holiday park in a quiet location with great outside space for kids to run around. The caravan was clean, neat, and tidy with all the essentials provided for a self-catering holiday. The location was perfect, close to the local beach and a short trip into town for shopping. The owner, Alison, even provided helpful tips before our arrival. I highly recommend this park for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Although the swimming pool was under maintenance during our visit, it didn't affect our overall enjoyment. Additionally, the lack of phone signal and Wi-Fi was a minor inconvenience, but it actually allowed us to disconnect and fully unwind during our vacation.

The cleanliness of the caravan was impressive, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was also ideal, with easy access to the local beach and St Austell for shopping. the tips provided by Alison before our arrival were helpful and added to our overall experience.
The swimming pool was undergoing maintenance during our visit, which was a disappointment. this was not a reflection on the accommodation itself.
